Stop surviving your child's autism. Start leading your family with calm, clarity and strength.
You are not broken. You are exhausted. There is a difference — and that difference is where your transformation begins.

Does this sound familiar?
- You love your child fiercely — and some days you still crumble under the weight of it all.
- You lie awake wondering if you are doing enough, or if you are quietly failing the person who needs you most.
- When someone asks you a question about your child's autism, your heart races and you never know what to say.
- You have tried to stay calm. But the overwhelm comes anyway — and afterwards, the guilt is worse than the meltdown.
- You cannot remember the last time you felt like yourself, not just a caregiver.
If you nodded at even one of these, you are in the right place.
You do not need to figure this out alone.
What if the hardest part of raising a high-support-needs child was not autism itself — but the overwhelm, the self-doubt and the isolation that no one warned you about?
That is exactly what Gayatri Vathsan's coaching addresses. Through proven mindset tools and the Life by Design methodology, Gayatri works with autism parents to untangle the emotional chaos, rebuild confidence and map out a clear path forward. Not around the difficulty. Through it.
This is not therapy. This is not generic parenting advice. This is transformation built specifically for you.
Now imagine if you could...
Wake up feeling equipped
— not dreading the day, but ready for it, knowing you have what it takes to handle whatever comes.
Respond to your child's expressions with understanding
instead of panic, guilt or confusion.
Walk into any room and answer questions about your child
with grace and self-assurance, without feeling judged or defensive.
Have a clear, step-by-step plan
for your child's development and your own emotional health — one you built together with someone who truly understands.
Feel proud of yourself.
Not in spite of your life as an autism parent. Because of it.
This is not a fantasy. These are the outcomes Gayatri's clients work toward and reach.

Before I was struggling with constant guilt and a feeling that I was failing my son, and it made me feel alone in a way I could not put into words. Now I have a clear way of understanding what he needs and how I can meet him there, and I feel confident and calm in a way I did not think was possible for me anymore.
Before I was struggling with how to handle the questions and the looks from people around me, and it made me feel ashamed and defensive every time we went out. Now I have a way of responding that comes from a place of strength, and I feel proud of my child and proud of myself in a way I could not have imagined six months ago.
About Gayatri
I am a certified life coach trained in the Life by Design methodology, and I work exclusively with autism parents. But before I was a coach, I was a mother sitting exactly where you might be sitting right now.
My child is non-speaking and high-support-needs. I know what it is to feel like the grief has no bottom. I know what it is to lose patience with the person you love most and then hate yourself for it. I know the loneliness of a struggle that most people around you simply cannot understand.
The strength you need is already inside you.
My work is to help you find it, name it and use it. Every tool I offer you, I have tested on myself first.

FAQs
I am not sure coaching is right for me. How do I know if this will actually help?
The best way to find out is the discovery call — it costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Gayatri will listen to where you are, explain what coaching involves and be honest with you about whether it is a good fit. If it is not the right time, she will tell you that too.
I already see a therapist. Is this the same thing?
No. Therapy often looks at the past to understand the present. Coaching is forward-facing. It is about building skills, tools and a clear plan for where you want to go. Many parents find coaching and therapy complement each other well.
I barely have time for myself as it is. How much time does this require?
Gayatri works with parents who have very little bandwidth — that is exactly the population she designed these programmes for. Sessions are focused and practical. You will not be asked to do anything that does not fit your real life.
My child's diagnosis is recent and I am still in shock. Is it too soon to start?
It is never too soon to have someone in your corner. You do not need to have things figured out before you reach out. In fact, the earlier you build emotional tools, the less alone the hard days will feel. Gayatri specialises in working with parents at every stage, including the very beginning.
You have been carrying this alone long enough.
One step is all it takes.
The calm, the clarity and the confidence you are looking for are on the other side of one honest conversation.
